Follow-up meetings after the company’s rebranding with the client ensured that we could really grasp the essence of what the client was after in the new website design. This website redesign needed to reflect the personality and image of the company since it has to appeal to a very specific market segment – an upscale one. Furthermore, due to the nature of the services offered by Concierge, the website had to show that great attention to detail is given.
The gold and black corporate colours chosen in the rebranding exercise were once again used in the new site design. This was done in order to further consolidate the identity of the brand with the services offered. The logo was also incorporated in the backdrop, adding to the high-end, executive feel of the site.
Once the web design stage was completed and the client was satisfied with how the website was going to look, we proceeded with the web development stage. Care was taken in order to ensure that the most efficient solutions were implemented so as to streamline the loading times, which is one of Google’s criteria when ranking a website in its search results.
The site was also designed and developed from a user’s point of view, making it easy to browse and look for content within the website. A menu at the top of the page displays the different areas of the website, including a drop-down menu with the various services Concierge offer. In addition a panel at the bottom of the page displays the other services Concierge offer. Contact details are also shown on every page so as to allow potential clients to communicate quickly and directly through the website, hence facilitating the process.
The site was also optimised for responsiveness on all devices for an easy and smooth experience on mobile, tablet, laptop or computer. Last but not least, a Content Management System (CMS) was set up in order to allow them the freedom and flexibility of adding and updating content in an easy and efficient manner.
We augur that with this fresh corporate identity and newly redesigned website, Concierge will not only continue in their success but also achieve new goals and reach higher and grander targets!
