Isle Tours Malta – Logo Design & Branding

Saturday, February 21st, 2015 will be offering Tours, Cruises, Excursions in Malta and needed a brand to promote their company locally as well as abroad.

The final brand created was in line with Malta’s vibrant colours as well as historical attractions. The bright yellow represents Malta’s sandy beaches, sunny climate and typical limestone whilst the blue represents the surrounding Mediterranean Sea as well as the peaceful nature of the Maltese people. The red colour features prominently in our national flag. These colours also feature in a number of traditional boats, called the ‘Luzzu’.

The logo icon itself embodies a lot about Malta, namely, the sun, sea, the historical ‘Gardjola’ as well as the bastions (representing our history) and the Maltese cross (representing our culture and heritage).

The client also offered his input during the design of the logo which will now be used in the website.

The reasoning behind this, according to Mark Zuckerberg, is that using social media to interact with people we care about can be beneficial, while “passively reading articles or watching videos… may not be as good.”
