New Custom Designed & Developed Website for StreetHR

Friday, January 15th, 2021

Set up in 2015, StreetHR has evolved to become a team of approachable, friendly professionals that support business executives and Human Resources professionals within companies who want to take their business to the next level.

Following a major rebranding exercise the team at StreetHR asked us to custom design and develop a website tailor made to their unique approach to business.

Website Design

Numerous meetings were held with the client in order to properly understand the vast requirements and website functionality needed. In addition, a thorough analysis of StreetHR’s new branding guidelines was carried out. The first step was to segment the website into their primary service pillars and these were further segmented into individual pages. Once all the above was completed, the web design phase commenced whilst keeping to the branding colours and ‘pathways’ in order for the website to flow seamlessly with the new branding.

Website Development

Custom website development followed once the design of the website was finalised. This tailor-made website took advantage of the new branding elements, thus making the website dynamic, using animation effects, offering a truly immersive user experience. One of the most important features of the website is that each service is matched with a particular contact person working at StreetHR. This makes it easy for users to see who they are communicating with. In addition, StreetHR also offers various workshops which also have their own custom designed layouts.

One other custom-made function of the website is the ecommerce section. Users are able to purchase the industry standard PRISM reports via the website itself.

Another important service pillar under StreetHR is recruitment. The website was integrated to a third party software which is used in-house to better manage vacancies, user registrations and applications.

Social Media Integration

Communication is another integral part of this website, featuring a prominent and frequently updated blog targetting several human resources and management related topics. The website is also connected to the brand’s social media via the Facebook Messenger live chat system for real-time customer care.

SEO and Website Responsiveness

Since a significant segment of StreetHR’s audience accesses the website from mobile devices, the website was also functionally coded to be mobile and tablet responsive. It is imperative for the on-the-go user to be able to access the website comfortably and efficiently through their mobile devices. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) was also implemented for the website to rank prominently on search engine searches for the numerous services being offered.

Content Management System

A Content Management System (CMS) was built behind the website in order to allow StreetHR to update various aspects of the website. Sessions were set up with the client after the website was finalised in order to ensure that they are fully able to manage their website independently.

We wish StreetHR the very best and augur that this website will bring even more success to their already-established brand.

Facebook to reduce number of business posts on user timelines

3
Feb

Facebook have announced that they will be reducing the number of posts from Business pages from people’s news feeds. This will be done to increase the quantity of posts by friends while scrolling through the social medium. The reasoning behind this, according to Mark Zuckerberg, is that using social media to interact with people we care about can be beneficial, while “passively reading articles or watching videos… may not be as good.”
