One of the primary objectives of this website was to come up with a simple and user-friendly interface in order to facilitate access to these lectures.
Therefore, a one-page website was designed, portraying the Foundation’s branding image with four distinct sections – Home, About, The Lectures and The Foundation. Such menu items take users to specific sections of the website as required, making it efficient and easy to access.
Following careful and well-thought out process design of the website, web development commenced. The website was developed and launched with an initial set of lectures but other lectures are being uploaded on a weekly basis. Each lecture contains a brief description of what was discussed and a critical feature was the embedding of a YouTube video of the full lecture.
The development of the website also ensured its optimisation on all user devices, thus making it responsive to various screen sizes. The implementation of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) features ascertained that users would easily find the website on major search engines.
This is an institution focusing on a cause that we have gladly supported and embraced since it addresses and promotes social awareness. We sincerely hope that these lectures will be fruitful in creating more consciousness about learning difficulties.
